1. About these terms

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the BeeCRM website and the BeeCRM service. By creating an account or continuing to use BeeCRM, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

BeeCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) application designed for small businesses. It lets you keep track of your contacts, customers, conversations, tasks, opportunities and more, in one place.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate details when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with people outside your organisation without permission.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into BeeCRM. We act as a processor of your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. You can export or delete your data at any time.

You must have the right to use any personal data you upload, and you are responsible for complying with data protection law for your own customers' data.

5. Fair use

You must not:

• Use BeeCRM to break the law
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing mail through BeeCRM
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell BeeCRM
• Use BeeCRM to store unlawful content
• Interfere with other customers' use of the service

6. Payment and billing (when charges apply)

Currently BeeCRM is being offered on an early-access basis. When paid plans launch, this section will be updated with full billing terms.

7. Availability

We do everything we reasonably can to keep BeeCRM available, but we don't guarantee unlimited uptime. We'll give you as much notice as we can of scheduled maintenance. Our Security page describes the measures we take to protect your data.

8. Changes to the service

We're building BeeCRM, so the service will evolve. Features may be added, changed or removed. We'll keep you informed of significant changes, and we won't reduce your data ownership rights without telling you.

9. Cancellation and termination

• You can stop using BeeCRM at any time.
• You can request full deletion of your account and data.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms.
• On termination, you can export your data before it's wiped.

10. Liability

BeeCRM is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BeeCRM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
